上海居住社区更新规划和实施的探索

EXPLORATION ON RENEWAL PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES IN SHANGHAI

改革开放后,国内城市经历以地产为主导的城市建设,城市更新同样也伴随着城市的发展与城市问题的暴露逐步开展起来,特别是居住社区的更新,更为社会和市民所关注。本文翔实介绍上海市在居住社区更新工作中所做出的规划制定和实践探索。

After the reform and opening up,the domestic cities have been experiencing an urban construction with the real estate as its dominant factor.Equally,the urban renewal has been developing gradually along with the urban development and urban problem exposure.Especially,the renewal of residential communities is more concerned by the society and citizens.This paper introduces the planning making and practice exploration regarding the renewal of residential communities in Shanghai.
