面向建筑师的建筑能耗模拟软件适用性研究 被引量:4

RESEARCH ON APPLICABILITY OF BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION SIMULATION SOFTWARE UTILIZED BY ARCHITECTS

摘要 文章从建筑师的视角出发,审视建筑能耗模拟软件的使用现状和发展定位,并对与建筑师创作相关的设计流程、方案构思、思维方式、知识结构、设计习惯和国家标准等六个方面进行分析,提出模拟软件的适配需求——适配方案设计阶段、局部设计模拟、全局实时反馈、建筑学语言化、全面可视化、对接Sketchup和Revit平台、统一技术体系的默认值标准等,最后以适配需求为标准,横向对比Dest,PKPM-节能,IES-VE,Designbuilder,Ecotect和Sefaira等软件,指出各软件在六个方面的适用性不足。 From the architect’s perspectives,this paper reviews the current utilization and development orientation of such simulation software,and makes the analysis from six aspects that related to the architect’s creation,which are the design processes,scheme conceptions,thinking modes,knowledge structures,design habits and national standards.Further,the paper proposes the adaptation requirements of such simulation software,such as the adaptation scheme design phase,design subtask simulation,overall-situation real-time feedback,architectural language application,full visualization,SU/Revit docking platform and default standards for unified technology system,etc.Finally,based on the adaptation requirements as standards,this paper compares horizontally the softwares of Dest,PKPM-energy conservation,IES-VE,Designbuilder,Ecotect and Sefaira,and points out the lack of applicability of these softwares.
