工业建筑的整体性设计策略研究——以乌海市白云化工厂为例

RESEARCH ON INTEGRAL DESIGN STRATEGY OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS: ILLUSTRATED BY THE EXAMPLE OF BAIYUN CHEMICAL PLANT IN WUHAI CITY

工业遗产是工业文明的物质空间载体,对城市工业遗产进行保护,有利于保存城市的物质空间环境和历史的延续性,保存人们对场所文化的认同感和归属感。在对乌海市白云化工厂为代表的区域型工业建筑遗产进行保护时,不仅要体现其单体建筑的特色,更重要的是在建筑群体组合方面,也要认真分析和推敲整个建筑群所代表和反映的工业文化和场所精神。因此,要对工业遗产中的建筑部分及非建筑部分都进行有效的筛选,并在此基础上,探讨有效的保护和再利用方式。

Industrial heritage is the material-spatial carrier of industrial civilization.Protection of urban industrial heritage is conducive to preserving the material-spatial environment and continuity of the city history,and people’s sense of identity and belonging to the place culture.The protection of the regional industrial architecture heritage represented by Baiyun Chemical Plant in Wuhai city should reflect not only the characteristics of its individual buildings,but more importantly the industrial culture and place spirit of the whole architectural group,which is worth careful analysis and deliberation.Therefore,the architectural and non-architectural parts of industrial heritage should be effectively screened,and on this basis,effective ways of protection and reuse should be discussed.
