共享医疗模式对医疗建筑空间的影响预测

PREDICTION ON THE INFLUENCE OF SHARED MEDICAL CARE MODE ON THE ARCHITECTURE SPACE

在共享经济的新风口下,医疗领域正在发生什么样的巨变?从局部的观察来看,小型专业化诊疗机构在大型平台"拎包入驻",稀缺性医疗人才多点执业。在医疗改革的推进下,医疗机构的功能配置、诊疗模式、运营机制正在朝着共享化迈进。新兴的商业模式也可以通过对闲散医疗空间资源的重新整合与分配,逐步颠覆和改进传统的医院概念。本文从当前医疗建筑的开发和改造现状出发,提出共享医疗模式对建筑空间的三种影响因素,试图对健康医疗服务体系的未来趋势进行预览。

With the trend of sharing economy,what kind of changes are taking place in the medical field?Locally,the small-sized specialized medical institutions can practice on large-scale platforms without bringing any resources and scarce medical talents are licensed to practice on multiple sites.The advancement of medical reforms push the function configuration,diagnosis and treatment modes and operation mechanism of medical institutions toward sharing mechanism.Emerging business modes can also gradually subvert and improve traditional hospital concepts through the reintegration and distribution of idle medical space resources.Based on the current status of medical caring architecture development and renovation,this paper proposes three factors of shared medical caring mode that influences the architecture space,and provides an outlook on the trend of future health medical service system.
