铝模工艺的优势及在洋房建筑中的应用

Discussion on the Advantage of Aluminum Mold Craft and Its Application in Townhouse

近年来,“绿色建筑”理念的提出,让人们对新型建筑材料的呼声愈来愈大。铝合金模板作为绿色新兴模板,以其能缩短工期、降低成本、成品质量佳、可回收率高等优势,逐渐受到建筑行业的青睐。本研究以重庆某洋房项目为例,分析铝模工艺的技术及经济优势,提出在铝模拼装、混凝土浇筑、铝模拆除过程中需要注意的要点,并对铝模常见质量问题及防控措施做了相应的探讨。

In recent years,the proposal of the concept of“green building”has made people pursue new building materials in a louder voice.Aluminum alloy formwork is favored by construction industry because of its advantages of shorter construction period,lower cost,better finished product quality and higher recovery rate.Taking a townhouse project in Chongqing as an example,this paper discusses the technical and economic advantages of aluminum alloy formwork,puts forward the key points that should be paid attention to in the process of aluminum alloy formwork assembly,concrete casting and aluminum alloy formwork removal,and finally discusses the common quality problems of aluminum alloy formwork and their prevention and control measures.
