藏在花园下的污水处理系统建造技术研究

摘要 随着城市化的快速推进,经济社会的持续发展,城市环境越来越恶劣,资源越来越宝贵。污水的处理再利用缓解了水资源的供需矛盾。本文以成都生物城污水处理厂项目为载体,采用“A2/O+MBR+三段式UV/H2O2/O3光催化高级氧化+人工湿地”工艺,解决生物制药废水处理难题;利用排水管网非开挖检测与修复技术,解决了既有管道的检测与修复难题;结合上部生物湿地深度净化制药污水,打造出一座藏在花园下、与自然环境融为一体的现代化污水处理厂。通过国际先进的污水处理技术,成功使氮、磷浓度高的生物制药污水达到Ⅲ类标准。 With the rapid development of urbanization and the sustainable development of economy and society,the urban environment is getting worse and worse,and the resources are becoming more and more precious.The treatment and reuse of sewage alleviates the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.Relying on the project of Chengdu Biocity Sewage Treatment Plant as the carrier,this paper adopts the process of“A2/O+MBR+three-stage UV/H2O2/O3 photocatalytic advanced oxidation+constructed wetland”to solve the problem of biopharmaceutical wastewater treatment.The trenchless detection and repair technology of drainage pipe network is used to solve the difficulties in the detection and repair of the existing pipelines.Combined with the upper biological wetland deep purification of pharmaceutical sewage,a modern sewage treatment plant hidden under the garden and integrated with the natural environment is constructed.Through the international advanced wastewater treatment technology,the biopharmaceutical wastewater with high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus has been successfully treated to the class III standard.
