摘要
某大型山地文旅综合体施工难度大,现有施工工艺无法满足项目施工需求,结合既有施工技术条件及施工问题、问题产生的原因,针对原有施工工艺进行优化改进,本文提出四项关键施工技术,有效克服了大型山地文旅综合体大型特种设备埋件的安装精度要求高、曲面表演墙面层龙骨焊接易变形、弧面精度控制难度大、现场施工部分吊篮配重因结构无法设置等施工难题。
A large mountain cultural tourism complex has large difficulty in construction,and the existing construction technology can’t meet the demand of project construction.Combined with the existing conditions of construction techniques and construction problems and the causes of problems,the original construction technology is optimized.The paper puts forward four key construction technologies,which effectively overcome several construction difficulties,such as the high accuracy precision for the built-in large special equipment of the large mountain cultural tourism complex,the easy deformation of wall layer keel welding,the difficulty in the control of arc precision,the problem of setting the balance weight of the hanging basket during the field construction due to structural reasons,and so on.
