高层装配式建筑关键施工工艺研究

Research on Key Construction Technology of High-Rise Prefabricated Buildings

随着高层建筑技术的不断发展,高层装配式建筑技术凭借其工厂预制、标准化生产、效率快、操作简便、环保等特点,在建筑工程项目中得以快速推广及应用,并且取得了不错的成绩。基于此,为进一步提高高层装配式建筑施工技术水平,文章以高层装配式建筑为研究对象,分析了其概念及特点,然后依托某高层装配式建筑实例对其关键施工工艺进行了深入的研究分析,以期为类似高层装配式建筑项目提供借鉴及参考。

With the continuous development of high-rise building technology,prefabricated high-rise building technology by virtue of its factory prefabrication,standardized production,fast efficiency,easy operation,environmental protection and other characteristics,is rapidly promoted and applied in the practical construction projects,and has achieved good results.Based on this,to further improve the prefabricated construction technology of high-rise buildings,this paper takes the high-rise prefabricated building as the research object,summarizes its concept and characteristics,and then based on the practical case of a high-rise prefabricated building,analyzes its key construction technology in depth,in order to provide a reference for similar high-rise prefabricated construction buildings.
