基于层次分析法的武汉轨道交通标识系统功效评价研究

Research on the Efficiency Evaluation of Urban Rail Transit Guidance Sign System in Wuhan Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

随着城市的发展,轨道交通站点数量的不断增多,标识系统设置得科学合理,能够使乘客获取有效信息,提高车站的运行效率。本文针对轨道交通标识系统,运用层次分析法,从安全标识、导向标识、位置标识、综合信息标识、无障碍标识五个方面进行功效评价研究,通过评价结果得出导向标识和位置标识在帮助乘客快速定位、确定行进方向、有效缩短寻路时间、提高通行效率上起到重要作用,最后依据评价结果对武汉市轨道交通标识系统建设提出改造建议。

With the development of cities and the increasing number of rail stations,a scientific and reasonable signage system can enable the passengers to obtain effective information and improve the operation efficiency of the station.Using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP),the effectiveness of the rail transit signage system was evaluated in five aspects:safety signage,guidance signage,location signage,comprehensive information signage and accessibility signage.The evaluation results showed that guidance signage and station location signage play an important role in helping passengers to quickly locate and determine the direction of travel,effectively shortening the wayfinding time and improving the efficiency of traffic.Finally,based on the evaluation results,recommendations are made for the construction of Wuhan’s rail transit signage system.
