Research on Construction Technology of Fine Quality Control for Large Complex Roof

近年来,随城市化建设进程的不断加快,房屋建筑的构造形式也越来越多样化,各个细部节点施工难度也逐渐加大,业主们不仅关注保温、防水等方面的质量问题,也关注屋面的外观问题。无论在国内的建筑业,还是在国外的建筑业,屋面各种细部构造施工,以及屋面各项工序施工的相应技术都已经非常成熟了,但这只是局部成熟,对于整个屋面施工来说,还存在着许多问题。屋面工程已然逐渐转变成了工程建设过程中不可忽视的环节。本文将从实际出发,利用新技术、新工艺对大型复杂屋面精细化质量管控施工技术进行研究分析。

In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization construction process,the construction form of housing construction is more and more diverse,and the difficulty for each detail node construction is gradually increasing.The owners are not only concerned about heat preservation,waterproof and other aspects of quality problems,but also the appearance of the roof.No matter in domestic construction industry or in foreign construction industry,the construction of various details of the roof and the corresponding technology of roofing construction has been mature,however,which is only local mature,for the whole roofing construction,there are still a lot of problems.Roofing engineering has gradually transformed into a link that can not be ignored in the process of engineering construction.Starting from the reality,this paper will study and analyze the construction technology for fine quality control of large complex roof with new technology and new processes.
