数字经济基于强大算法和数字技术对劳动过程和劳动者产生了深远影响,使社会生产劳动形式发生新变化,更新资本与劳动者间劳动关系的表现形式。在数字经济中,数字平台以一种连接供需双方的非雇佣形式,影响劳动者福利和权益。研究平台零工劳动者的现状发现,平台经济中的劳动关系呈现出更加复杂的特点。基于大数据技术和算法激励的数字平台间接导致劳动者技能退化,低技能产业后备军增加,劳动者在生产过程中处于弱势地位。因此,提出优化不同主体间相互关系,加强偏向劳动者福利增加的技术使用以及偏向劳动者技能提高的技术进步,提升劳动者主体地位,保障零工劳动者权益。

Based on powerful algorithms and digital technology,digital economy has a far-reaching impact on the labor process and workers,making the social production labor form take on a new look and updating the expression form of labor relationship between capital and workers.In the digital economy,the digital platform,as a non-employment form connecting the supply and demand sides,affects the welfare and the rights and interests of workers.Based on the current situation of gig workers on the platform,this paper finds that the labor relationship in the platform economy are more complex and diverse.The digital platform based on big data technology and algorithmic incentives has indirectly led to the degradation of workers’skills,the increase of the reserve force of low-skilled industries,and the weak position of workers in the production process.Therefore,this paper proposes to optimize the relationship between different subjects,strengthen the use of technology that is biased towards the welfare increase of workers and the technological progress that is biased towards the skill improvement of workers,improve the main position of workers,and guarantee the rights and interests of gig workers.
