高质量推进共同富裕先行的马克思主义政治经济学分析——以浙江省金华市为例

Marxist Political Economy Analysis on Promoting Common Prosperity Preferentially with High Quality——Taking Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province as an Example

高质量推进共同富裕先行是浙江省第十五次党代会报告中擘画未来五年“两个先行”的奋斗目标之一,高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区是浙江省继“重要窗口”后的又一项光荣使命和政治责任。马克思主义政治经济学作为共同富裕的理论源泉,运用这一理论武器开展共同富裕研究具有现实意义和时代价值。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学视角,以浙江省金华市为具体研究对象,结合金华市历史文化、发展方位以及历史使命,从理论维度、现实基础、问题和难点以及主要着力点四个方面进行分析,为高质量推进共同富裕先行提供理论参考和实践样本。

Promoting common prosperity preferentially with high quality is one of the“two priorities”goals which is planned in the report of the 15th Party Congress of the Communist Party of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee for the next 5 years.Developing and building the demonstration areas of common prosperity with high quality is another glorious mission and political responsibility to Zhejiang Province after“Important Windows”.Marxist political economics is the theoretical source of common prosperity and using this theory to carry out research on common prosperity is of practical significance and contemporary value.From the perspective of Marxist political economics,this paper takes Jinhua as the specific research object,combining the history,culture,the direction of development and the historical mission of Jinhua,to analyze from four aspects:theoretical dimension,realistic basis,problems and difficulties and the main focus,so as to provide theoretical references and practical samples for promoting common prosperity preferentially with high quality.
