构建社会主义现代化经济体制是解决新时代社会主要矛盾、实现高质量发展、推进共同富裕的需要。相对于传统的计划经济体制和社会主义市场经济体制来说,社会主义现代化经济体制是我国经济体制发展的第三种形态。以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要为目标,全面遵循各种客观规律,构建供需纠偏机制;把新发展理念融入经济体制,按照资源类型实行多种配置方式,通过技术创新和科学管理提高资源利用效率,统筹生态资源和经济资源的合理配置和有效利用;建立健全涵盖各类资源的产权制度,全面改进初次分配、再分配和第三次分配制度。到本世纪下半叶,我国社会主义发展将进入更高阶段,形成比较完整的社会主义现代化经济体制。

In order to solve the social principal contradiction in the new era,achieve high-quality development and promote common prosperity,we must build the socialist modernization economy system.Compared to the traditional planned economy system and socialist market economy system,the modern socialist economy system is the third form of economic system development in our country.The goal is to meet people's growing needs for a better life.We should fully follow all kinds of objective laws,build a mechanism for correcting supply and demand.It is important to integrate the new development concept into the economic system,implement a variety of allocation methods according to the types of resources,improve the efficiency of resource utilization through technological innovation and scientific management,coordinate the rational allocation and effective use of ecological and economic resources.It is necessary to establish and improve a property rights system covering all types of resources,comprehensively improve the system of primary,secondary and tertiary distribution.By the second half of this century,the development of socialism in our country will enter a higher stage,when a relatively complete socialist modernization economic system will be formed.
