21世纪初全球资本主义逐渐陷入巨大的结构性危机,促使人们重新思考建立新的世界体系的问题。社会主义的空间政治经济学正是要探讨如何突破资本主义世界体系,改造旧的世界历史空间,创建新的世界历史空间。社会主义的空间政治经济学表明,空间是共产主义及现实社会主义的内在重要命题:共产主义在逻辑上必须继承资本主义的全球空间;现实社会主义是资本主义世界体系空间发展不平衡的产物;资本主义世界体系构成现实社会主义的起点,而新的世界体系(共产主义)构成现实社会主义的归宿。无论是革命还是建设,都体现出向世界共产主义体系过渡的不平衡发展规律。在历史的辩证运动中,现实社会主义创建了空间生产和扩张的工具,同时是通往新的世界体系的中介,即社会主义区域经济联盟。社会主义区域经济联盟将成为社会主义的空间政治经济学的重要研究内容。

In the early 21st century,global capitalism gradually fell into a huge structural crisis,prompting people to rethink the problem of establishing a new world system.The socialist spatial political economy is to explore how to break through the capitalist world system,transform the old world historical space and create a new world historical space.The spatial political economy of socialism shows that space is an intrinsic and important proposition of communism and realistic socialism.Communism should logically inherit the global space of capitalism.The realistic socialism is the product of the unbalanced development of the capitalist world system,and the capitalist world system constitutes the starting point of the realistic socialism,while the new world system(communism)is the end-result of realistic socialism.Both revolution and construction reflect the unbalanced development law of transition to the world communist system.In the dialectical movement of history,realistic socialism created its tool of spatial production and expansion,namely the Socialist Regional Economic Union(SREU)which is also the intermediary to the new world system.And SREU will become an important part of the research content of socialist spatial political economy.
