在加速构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局中,与实体经济深度融合的数字经济愈发得到学界重视。当数字技术与资本逻辑相互结合并不断强化,在数字时代资本主义社会面临支配人和生产的两种“主义”的叠加:一种是以数据来支配人、将人整体异化地存在于生产力层面的数字资本主义;另一种是以数据垄断公司主导、以新型数字技术掠夺他国资源、构建新型国际体系的数字帝国主义。在对二者的双重批判中探索具有中国特色的数字化转型路径,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

In accelerating the construction of a new pattern of development that is focused on the domestic economy and features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows,the digital economy that is deeply integrated with the real economy receives more and more attention from the academic circles.When digital technology and capital logic are combined and continuously strengthened,in the digital age capitalist society is faced with the superposition of two“isms”that dominate people and production.One is digital capitalism that dominates people by data and alienates people as a whole and exists at the level of productivity;the other is digital imperialism dominated by data monopoly companies,plundering the resources of other countries with new digital technologies,and building a new international system.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the digital transformation path with Chinese characteristics in dual criticism of the two.
