Adhere to the People-Centered Philosophy of Development in the Process of Building a Great Modern Socialist Country in All Respects

全面建设社会主义现代化强国,就是要在中国共产党的领导下,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,真正贯彻社会主义的生产目的,充分满足人民群众在物质生活、政治民主、精神文化、社会治理、生态环境等各个方面的需要。本文从全面建设社会主义现代化国家的一般性、特殊性和人民性三重规定性出发,提出中国式现代化道路的本质特征是满足人民群众的物质需要、精神需要和公共需要。社会主义生产满足人民需要的过程,不可能完全由无意识的市场试错机制实现,而是要在中国共产党的领导下,构建国家主导型的市场经济体制来推动这一进程。

Building a great modern socialist country in all respects means that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,we adhere to the people-centered philosophy of development,really implement the socialist purpose of production,fully meet the needs of the people in all areas including material life needs,political democracy needs,intellectual and cultural needs,social governance needs and ecological environment needs and so on.This article starts from the three provisions of generality,particularity and affinity to the people of building a modern socialist country in all respects,putting forward that the essential feature of the Chinese way of modernization is to meet the material,spiritual and public needs of the people.The process of socialist production meeting the needs of the people cannot be completed entirely by the unconscious trial-and-error mechanism of the market,but must be promoted by the construction of a state-led market economic system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
