在如今复杂的国际形势下,促进产业链现代化水平的提升对我国当前及未来的发展至关重要。产业链现代化是实现高质量发展的必由之路,不仅要实现数字经济与产业链现代化的协同发展,同时也要注重运用数字经济推进产业链现代化的基本原则与方向重点,要保持产业链完整性、供应链安全性、价值链高端化,夯实产业基础、提升产业链控制主导能力、促进产业链联动发展与效率。本文还对产业数字化改造提出统筹整体规划、注重基础工程、增强数字经济人才、发挥企业“龙头”带头作用、补齐短板拓宽市场、加强顶层设计等建议。

In today’s complex international situation,it is vital for the current and future development of China to promote the level of the industrial chain modernization.Industrial chain modernization is the way to achieve high-quality development.To realize the synergistic development of digital economy and industrial chain modernization,it is important to focus on the basic principles,which is to keep the integrity of the industrial chain,chain security and high-end value chain so as to consolidate the industrial foundation,to enhance the control of dominant capabilities of industrial chain,and to promote the linkage development and efficiency of industrial chain.For industrial digitalization we suggest to propose a comprehensive overall planning,focus on basic engineering,enhance the digital economy talents,play a“leading”role of enterprises,fill the shortcomings to broaden the market,strengthen the top-level design.
