当代国际垄断资本全球资源控制新战略及我国的对策

伴随经济全球化的不断深入、金融与信息网络技术的创新与发展,当代国际垄断资本不但呈现出新的形态,而且在全球攫取巨额利润的传统渠道上衍生出了许多新的战略,尤其是在跨国资源垄断中,借助经济援助与低成本融资模式深化对发展中国家水资源的控制,通过国际资本市场运作实现优质矿产资源全球化配置,在不断扩大市场占有率的基础上,控制资源定价权;以垄断全球评级业的国际信用评级机构为依托主导国际话语权,操控国际资本市场。作为应对策略,我国应该扶持国有及大型民族企业,加大研发投入、实施"走出去"战略,与以外资为背景的强大国际垄断资本展开竞争。
