中国特色社会主义政治经济学创新应坚守八大原则,其中科技领先持续性原则为第一原则。就理论而言,科技领先持续性原则首先是指科技要素作为社会经济系统的首要要素的决定性作用,其次是指科技作为系统的推动力具有可持续性。我国官方和学界马克思主义者一贯重视科技创新及其可持续发展,并且在中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系创新和实践中,十分强调国家自主科技创新和政府的引领性作用。尤其是习近平关于科技领先原则的思想认识,对于科技创新的理论定位和错误思想纠偏具有主导性作用。科技领先持续性原则的提出既是对官方马克思主义和学界马克思主义关于科技创新理论的吸收,也是对习近平关于科技创新思想的延伸性研究和具体化的解析。在中国特色社会主义经济实践过程中,如何贯彻科技领先持续性原则,仍然存在践行空间,特别需要警惕"抛开科技进步,空谈可持续发展"、"过于急功近利,局限于短期行为"、"将科技动力孤立化,忽略其系统性"的三种错误倾向。
