在自主绘画活动中有效“追随”幼儿——以《线条旅行记》三次研究课为例

摘要 幼儿自主绘画活动中,教师对幼儿的"追随"既是一种教育策略,也是一种教育手段,有效的追随就是要体现幼儿的主体性。机敏地追随幼儿近期兴趣点,自主生成活动内容;紧紧地追随幼儿已有经验,充分做好课前准备、设置适宜的活动目标;细致地追随幼儿个性差异,对幼儿进行有针对性的指导和评价。教师通过这样全方位的追随,才能有效促进幼儿在活动中全面和谐发展。 That teachers follow children during children’s independent painting activity is a kind of teaching strategy and also a type of education method.Effective following needs to respect children’s independence.Teachers should follow children’s recent interests so as to choose the content of the activity,should follow children’s experience so as to make good preparation before the class and design proper activity goals,should follow children’s characteristics difference so as to offer relevant guidance and comment.Through such following measures,teachers are able to effectively advance children’s comprehensive development during activities.
