大学生党员“不忘初心 牢记使命”主题教育的有效策略探究

Exploring the Effective Strategies of the College Student Party Members’Education of“Not Forgetting the Heart,Remembering the Mission”

"不忘初心牢记使命"主题教育是推动全党更加自觉地为实现新时代党的历史使命不懈奋斗的重要内容。在全党正积极开展"不忘初心牢记使命"主题教育的背景下,如何对大学生党员有效开展主题教育,是当前高校党建工作必须认真思考的重要课题。总结以往高校开展主题教育活动的成功经验与存在问题,结合针对当代大学生关于主题教育态度与偏好的实证调查,文章提出了提升大学生党员"不忘初心牢记使命"主题教育成效的具体策略:贴近大学生需求,提升主题教育的吸引力;紧密结合实际,增强主题教育的实践性;明确活动具体目标,健全阶段性评估机制。

The theme education of“Not Forgetting the Heart,Remembering the Mission”is an important part of pushing the whole party to consciously and unremittingly strive to realize the historical mission of the party in the new era.Under the background that the whole party is actively carrying out the theme of“not forgetting the original heart and remembering the mission”,how to effectively carry out the theme of college student party members is an important subject that must be seriously considered in the current party building work in colleges and universities.Summarizing the successful experience and existing problems of the previous colleges and universities in carrying out the theme education activities,combined with the questionnaire survey on contemporary college students’attitudes and preferences on the theme education,the article puts forward three effective strategies for the college students’education of“not forgetting the original heart and keeping in mind the mission”:Close to the demand,enhance the attractiveness of the theme education;closely integrating the reality,enhance the practicality of the theme education;clarify the specific objectives of the activity,and improve the phased assessment mechanism.
