摘要
师范生的职业沟通能力将直接影响他们的教师职业体验及职业生涯,针对师范生的教育实践调查显示,师范生在言语和非言语表达、倾听与共情、处理突发事件等方面的沟通能力有待加强。为此,师范院校需充分重视师范生职业沟通能力的培养,以课堂教学为主阵地,以丰富的课外活动为大舞台,将课内理论讲授与课外活动及师范生教育实践紧密结合,并积极利用学习共同体及学习榜样的力量,实现师范生职业沟通能力的大幅提升。
The professional communication ability of normal students will directly affect their professional experience and career of teaching.The educational practice of normal students shows that the communication ability of normal students in verbal and non-verbal expression,listening and empathy and dealing with emergencies needs to be strengthened.We should take classroom teaching as the main position and provide a platform for varied activities,in order to help them to combine the theory teaching with the extracurricular activities and the education practice of normal students.Meanwhile,we should make active use of learning communities and the power of role models,so that we can improve their professional communication skills greatly.
