摘要
荷兰拥有发达、成熟的职业教育体系,能源源不断地输出具有竞争优势的劳动力,为社会稳定、经济发展提供强有力支持。运行良好的职业教育体系,离不开规范化的制度支撑和有组织的实施。荷兰职业教育制度体系从建立至成熟受到历史、社会(政治)、文化根源三个因素的影响。荷兰职业教育制度对相关利益共同体的容纳、协调和共同作用,可以为我国职业教育制度体系完善提供借鉴。
The Netherlands has a developed and mature vocational education system,and can continuously exports a competitive labor force,providing strong support for social stability and economic development.A well-functioning vocational education system is inseparable from standardized institutional support and organized implementation.The Dutch vocational education system is affected by such three factors as history,society(politics)and culture from its establishment to its maturity.The accommodation,coordination and joint action of the Dutch vocational education system on the relevant interest communities can provide a reference for the improvement of China’s vocational education system.
