Research on the Training of Primary Education Professionals in Vocational Colleges

摘要 按照不同的划分维度,高职院校小学教育专业人才培养模式可以分为综合培养与分方向培养、五年一贯培养与三年制培养、定向培养与非定向培养。当前,高职院校小学教育专业人才培养存在的问题有:培养目标不精准、课程设置不合理和培养机制不完善。提高高职院校小学教育专业的人才培养水平,应精确定位人才培养目标与培养规格、合理设置课程体系、完善各方面的培养机制。 According to different dimensions,the training mode of primary education professionals in vocational colleges can be divided into comprehensive training and directional training,five-year training and three-year training,directional training and non-directional training.At present,there are some problems in the training of primary education professionals in vocational colleges,such as inaccurate training objectives,unreasonable curriculum and imperfect training mechanism.To improve the talent training level of primary education major in vocational colleges,we should accurately make the talent training objectives and training specifications,reasonably set up the curriculum system,and improve the training mechanism in all aspects.
