高校艺术教育专业校企合作中的文化嵌入研究

Research on Cultural Embeddedness in University-Enterprise Cooperation of Art Education Majors

高校艺术教育专业开展校企合作一个重要发展指向就是努力实现艺术精神、创意文化的延续传承,包括适应对文以载道和文以创道的客观需求、满足对和合共赢与生命观照的主观追求、契合对理念培树与载体培育的利益诉求等多个方面。但从合作实践来看,现阶段艺术教育专业校企合作的文化嵌入需要进一步加强,以文化嵌入延续艺术精神,以文化衔接实现固本清源,以文化开放助推艺术创新。高校艺术教育专业校企合作中文化嵌入的策略包括:赓续文化血脉,由点及面拓扑覆盖校企各类文化衔接;坚持正本清源,由少到多推动形成多元主体文化共识;加强文化开放,由内而外创建新校企合作文化生态圈。

In the new situation,an important development direction for the art education major in universities to carry out university-enterprise cooperation is to strive to achieve the continuity and inheritance of artistic spirit and creative culture,including many aspects such as meeting the objective needs of carrying and creating morality through literature,meeting the subjective pursuit of win-win and life observation,and meeting the interest demands of concept and carrier cultivation.However,from the perspective of cooperation practice,the cultural embedment in university-enterprise cooperation of art education majors at this stage needs to be further strengthened.The spirit of art should be continued through cultural embedment,the root should be consolidated and the source should be cleared through cultural cohesion,and the artistic innovation should be boosted by cultural openness.The strategies of culture embeddedness in university-enterprise cooperation of art education majors in universities include:continuing the cultural blood to cover various cultural links between universities and enterprises from point to surface topology,adhering to the principle of“clean up”to promote the formation of cultural consensus of multiple subjects from less to more,and strengthening cultural openness to create a cultural ecosystem of new university-enterprise cooperation from the inside to the outside.
