摘要
校园欺凌的本质是校园内学生与学生之间不良的交往行为。交往制度的异化、交往价值观的扭曲、交往对象的“物化”、不对等的社会交往背景等造成了学生交往的无效,引起了校园欺凌的发生;而校园欺凌的治理应回到学生交往行为上,让两者的交往走向合理化。学校作为教育的主阵地,应该承担起校园欺凌治理的主要责任,发挥政策制度、育人环境的作用,挖掘和展示对等交往的“资本”,营造良好的沟通环境,导向良性的交往价值观,创设平等交往的氛围,促成学生交往的正常、有效,达到防治校园欺凌的目的。
The essence of campus bullying is the bad communication between students on campus.The alienation of communication system,the distortion of communication values,the materialization of communication objects and the unequal social communication background together lead to the ineffectiveness of students’communication and the occurrence of campus bullying.The governance of campus bullying should return to the students’communication behavior,so that the communication between the two will be rationalized.As the main position of education,schools should bear the main responsibility of campus bullying governance,play the role of policy system and educational environment,excavate and display the“capital”of peer-to-peer communication,create good communication values,create an atmosphere of equal communication,promote the normal and effective communication among students,and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling campus bullying.
