影响工程供应商服务绩效的因素探究

The Critical Factors in Engineering Suppliers’Performance:the Intermediary Role of the Engineering Purchasers

在建筑业中,与供应商建立合作伙伴关系,可以在运营中获得更高的效率。本文以工程项目中的供应商为研究对象,探讨了影响工程项目中供应商的服务绩效的影响因素。通过对200份工程行业管理层人员发放问卷,对样本数据进行了结构方程模型分析。实证研究结果表明,供应商的交付能力、采购方与供应商之间的信任度、供应商的态度与供应商的服务绩效均呈显著正向影响,与供应商的综合实力呈显著负向影响,且供应商的态度在供应商的交付能力和供应商的服务绩效之间起部分中介作用。

In construction industry,establishing partnerships with suppliers will achieve greater efficiency in operations.This survey takes the supplier in the engineering project as the research object and discusses the factors that affect the service performance of the supplier in the engineering project.By issuing questionnaires to 200 management personnel in the engineering industry,we analyzed the sample data by structural equation model.The empirical research results show that the supplier's delivery ability,the trust between the purchaser and the supplier and the supplier's attitude all have a significant positive impact on the supplier's service performance,and the supplier's comprehensive strength has a significant negative impact on the supplier's service performance.In additional,the supplier's attitude plays a part of the intermediary role between the supplier's delivery ability and the supplier's service performance.
