城市交通资源水平与社会经济发展水平的协调性评价方法研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Coordination between Urban Traffic Resources Level and Social Economic Development Level

城市交通资源是社会经济发展的基础条件,而社会经济发展对城市交通发展具有支撑作用,两者之间存在相互影响、相互制约的关系。只有当城市交通资源水平与社会经济发展水平互相协调时,才能有效促进城市的可持续发展。因此,本文建立了一个评价城市交通资源水平与社会经济发展水平协调性的数量模型,并以重庆市为案例城市,分析了其在2009—2018年间的交通资源水平和社会经济发展水平的协调发展度,研究发现该市两者之间在研究年份内均处于高度耦合阶段,并从低度协调发展逐步提升到了全面协调发展状态。基于此,本文进一步讨论了交通资源水平和社会经济发展水平发展的协调程度对重庆市可持续发展的影响,提出了相关建议。

Urban traffic resources are the basic conditions of social economic development,while social economic development plays a supporting role in urban traffic development.There is a mutual influence and restriction relationship between urban traffic resources and social economic development.Only when the level of urban traffic resources and social economic development are coordinated can the urban sustainable development be effectively promoted.Therefore,we established a quantitative model to evaluate the coordination between urban traffic resources level and social economic development level.Then,taking Chongqing as a case,we analyzed the coordinated development degree of its traffic resources level and social economic development level from 2009 to 2018.It is found that the traffic resources level and social economic development of Chongqing are in a highly coupled stage during the study years,and gradually rise from a low coordinated development to a comprehensive coordinated development state.Based on this,we further discussed the impact of the coordination between traffic resources level and social economic development level on the sustainable development of Chongqing,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
