“一带一路”国家中国建筑业投资环境综合评价体系研究

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation System of China’s Construction Industry Investment Environment in the“Belt and Road”Countries

“一带一路”倡议的实施为我国对外投资的发展带来了重大机遇,尤其是对外基础设施的投资。了解中国建筑业在“一带一路”沿线各国的投资环境是对外承包工程项目成功的关键。据此,本文从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境和双边关系5个维度,选取24个指标,采用因子分析法,建立了“一带一路”国家中国建筑业投资环境综合评价体系,对沿线72个国家进行了综合评价,并根据评价结果进行了分级讨论,为中国建筑业“走出去”提供了参考和借鉴。

The implementation of the“Belt and Road”Initiative has brought significant opportunities for the development of China’s foreign investment,especially the investment in external infrastructure.Understanding China’s construction industry investment environment in the“Belt and Road”countries is the key to the success of foreign contracted projects.Therefore,this paper selects 24 indicators from five dimensions of political environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment and bilateral relationship,and adopts factor analysis method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for investment environment of China’s construction industry in the“Belt and Road”countries.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted in 72 countries along the line,and a graded discussion was conducted based on the evaluation results to provide reference for the Chinese construction industry to“go global”.
