摘要 【目的】研究中国科学院期刊审读工作平台建设的作用及意义。【方法】通过期刊审读相关政策法规解读、国内期刊审读工作现状调研提出期刊审读工作平台建设的必要性,基于中国科学院期刊人机协同审读工作调研分析审读工作平台的特点,提出中国科学院期刊审读工作平台的建设需求,并通过建设实践探索和验证审读工作平台的实际成效。【结果】中国科学院期刊审读工作平台应尽可能实现各方面审读数据规范化流程化处理,实现组织协调、专家组判读、编辑部配合的线上协同,完整系统地保存和管理审读数据。【结论】中国科学院期刊审读工作平台提升审读工作自动化、信息化、数字化水平,逐步实现计算机对审读工作更全面、更深入地支持,同时也为行业内的期刊审读方式变革与审读平台建设提供实践参考。 [Purposes]This paper aims to study the role and significance of the construction of the journal review platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences.[Methods]Through the interpretation of relevant policies and regulations on journal review as well as the investigation of the current situation of domestic journal review work,we proposed the necessity of constructing a journal review platform.Based on the research and analysis of the human-machine collaborative review work of Chinese Academy of Sciences journals,the characteristics of the review platform were analyzed and the construction requirements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences journal review platform were proposed.Through the construction practice,we explored and verified the actual effectiveness of the review platform.[Findings]The journal review platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences should standardize and process the review data in all aspects as far as possible,realize online collaboration of organization coordination,expert group interpretation,and editorial department cooperation,and completely and systematically save and manage review data.[Conclusions]The journal review platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences improves the level of automation,informatization,and digitalization of review work,and gradually realizes more comprehensive and in-depth computer support for review work.At the same time,it also provides reference practice for the transformation of journal review methods and the construction of review platforms within the industry.
