我国医学期刊对医学科学发展的作用及责任

Effect and responsibility of Chinese medical journals on the development of medical science in China

【目的】全面探讨和总结我国医学期刊对医学科学发展的作用。【方法】采用文献研究和归纳总结的方法,分析我国医学期刊对医学科学发展的作用及现状,并提出相应对策。【结果】我国医学期刊对医学科学发展有导向引领、把关监督、警示示范、催化创新、传播交流、服务应用、评价评估作用,但当前很多期刊存在导向引领发挥受限、把关监督不到位、警示示范不明显、催化创新不充分、传播交流效率低、服务应用单一、评价评估异化等现实问题。我国医学期刊必须强化精品意识,结合科研评价政策的改进和国家科技期刊发展规划的完善,采取各种针对性措施承担起应尽的责任。【结论】应明确我国医学期刊对医学科学发展的作用和责任。我国医学期刊应与我国医学科学发展相匹配,并确保我国医学科学的可持续发展。

[Purposes]This paper aims to explore and summarize the effect of Chinese medical journals on the development of medical science in China.[Methods]By using the methods of literature research and induction,this paper analyzed the role and current situation of Chinese medical journals in the development of medical science,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.[Findings]There are many important effects of Chinese medical journals on medical science in China,including guidance,caution and model,catalytic innovation,communication,service application,and evaluation.However,many journals do not realize their own functions and fully play their roles,such as limited guidance,inadequate supervision,unclear caution and model,insufficient catalytic innovation,low communication efficiency,single service application,and evaluation alienation.Therefore,the medical journals in China must strengthen the consciousness of high-quality,and take all kinds of corresponding measures to implement the responsibility in combination with the improvement of scientific research evaluation policy and the improvement of national scientific journal development plan.[Conclusions]The effect and responsibility of Chinese medical journals on the development of medical science should be clarified.Chinese medical journals should match the development of Chinese medical science,and ensure the sustainable development of Chinese medical science.
