中小学教师教学领导力评价指标体系的构建与应用

The Construction and Application of Primary and Secondary School Teachers’Instructional Leadership Evaluation Index System

教师的教学领导力是教师进行教学领导活动应具备的基本能力,教师教学领导力测评则是引导和发展教师教学领导力的关键举措。有鉴于此,本研究通过质性访谈厘清了中小学教师教学领导力的内涵,并运用专家咨询法、层次分析法构建了包括4个一级指标(教学领导认知力、学习目标规划力、教学活动引导力、教学领导评价力)、9个二级指标和21个三级指标在内的中小学教师教学领导力评价指标体系。通过实际应用,发现当前中小学教师的教学领导力水平总体良好,但在不同性别、教龄、职称等方面存在显著差异。

Teachers’instructional leadership is undoubtedly the basic ability that teachers should have in leading instructional activities,and teachers’instructional leadership evaluation is the key measure to guide and develop teachers’instructional leadership.In view of this,this study clarified the connotation of teaching leadership of primary and secondary school teachers’instructional leadership through qualitative interviews,and used expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system for primary and secondary school teachers’teaching leadership,including 4first-level indicators(instructional leadership cognitive ability,learning goal planning ability,teaching activity guidance ability,instructional leadership evaluation ability),9second-level indicators,and 21third-level indicators.Through practical application,it is found that the level of instructional leadership of primary and secondary school teachers is generally good,but there are significant differences in gender,teaching years,professional title,etc.
