摘要 高水平专业群建设是新时期我国高职教育高质量发展的重大革新工程。当前专业群建设缺乏总括性理论的引领,忽视专业群建设的动力来源,且复制专业建设的模式,难以形成协同效应。复杂性科学是诊察、筹思专业群建设的适切理论,从复杂性科学的视角观照,激发一线普通教师的参与动力是高水平专业群建设的根本之道。为此,应根据双因素激励理论重构高职院校的薪酬制度,大力强化与专业群相适应的文化建设,着意构建共同愿景。将建立统合性的组织机构作为高水平专业群建设的标志性任务,创建专业群工作部,创建跨专业的工作团队,创立以“人”为核心的系统结构,以此来促使专业群建设发挥整体效应。 The high-level major group construction is the significant reform work for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in China in the new period.At present,however,the major group construction lacks the guidance of a comprehensive theory,ignores the motivating power sources of the major group construction,and duplicates the model of major construction,so it is difficult to form the synergistic effect.Complexity science is an appropriate theory for the diagnosis and planning of the construction of major groups.From the perspective of complexity science,stimulating ordinary teachers’participation motivation is the fundamental way to the major group construction,therefore,the salary system of higher vocational colleges should be re-constructed based on the double factors incentive theory,culture construction corresponding the nature of major group should be strengthened vigorously,shared vision should be generated consciously,and leadership of leaders at all levels of higher vocational colleges should be improved enormously.Taking the establishment of an integrated organizational structure as the landmark task of building a high-level major group,creating a professional group work department,creating a cross-major work team,and creating a system structure with“people”as the core,so as to promote the construction of major groups and play an overall effect.
