摘要
体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)作为一种新型治疗手段,在创伤修复和再生医学领域显示出优势,其相关的作用机制也在陆续研究中。本文系统综述了该疗法以机械能量波形式通过启动细胞感受信号并传导,进一步产生生物学效应,从而发挥治疗作用的相关机制,为针对性深入挖掘ESWT可能的新作用路径提供新的研究方向和思路。
Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT),as a new treatment,has shown advantages in the field of wound repair and regenerative medicine,and its related mechanism has attracted extensive attention.This article systematically reviews the process of ESWT transmiting mechanical energy waves,initiating cells to sense these signals and activating downstream,thereby generating biological effects and exerting therapeutic actions,which provides new research directions for the in-depth exploration of possible new therapeutic mechanisms for action of ESWT.
