摘要
腱病动物模型造模常用的方法有动物跑台造模和胶原酶注射造模。不同的方法各有优缺点,动物跑台模型符合腱病自然发生的过程,但造模成本较高,成功率较低,仅可在一定的部位造模成功;化学药物诱导造模成功率较高,成本低,但与人类腱病的产生差异较大,仅能用于一些特定的研究,尤其是在腱病机制方面的应用受到很大的限制。动物跑台模型通常适用于对慢性机械负荷导致肌腱紊乱的研究,而化学药物诱导模型更加适用于化学物质干预后的有缺陷的愈合过程的研究。对模型的评价标准有组织病理学、电镜、分子生物学及生物力学等。实践中可根据不同的研究目的采用不同的模型动物。
Animal models of tendinopathy are usually made by treadmill and collagenase injection.However,different methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.Animal treadmill model conforms to the natural process of tendinopathy,but the cost of modeling is high,with low success rate and partially successful in some parts of body.Chemical drug induction model has high success rate and low cost,but its mechanism is different from that of human tendon disease,which can only be used in some specific researches,and its application in the study to mechanism of tendon disease is greatly limited.Animal treadmill models are usually suitable for the study of tendon disorders caused by chronic mechanical loading,while chemical drug-induced models are more suitable for the study of defective healing process after chemical intervention.Therefore,different animal models are used according to different research purposes.
