探讨单侧上颌尖牙埋伏阻生与牙冠宽度之和的相关性

Correlation between sum of crown widths and unilateral impacted maxillary canines

摘要 目的通过对比单侧上颌尖牙埋伏阻生患者阻生侧与非阻生侧牙冠宽度之和,探讨单侧尖牙阻生与牙冠宽度之和的相关性。方法选取2013年1月-2018年1月在解放军总医院第一医学中心口腔正畸科就诊的患者,纳入30例单侧上颌尖牙埋伏阻生患者为实验组(阻生组),30例上颌牙列拥挤伴有尖牙高位萌出患者为拥挤组,30例尖牙萌出正常无牙列拥挤者为健康组,为90例研究对象制取牙[牙合]模型,测量牙冠近远中径宽度并进行左右两侧牙冠宽度之和的统计学比较。结果单侧尖牙埋伏阻生患者中,阻生侧与非阻生侧对比,单侧牙弓牙冠宽度之和[(51.67±2.33)mm vs 53.43±2.60)mm]、前牙区牙冠宽度之和[(25.06±1.40)mm vs(26.13±1.38)mm]、后牙区牙冠宽度之和[(26.61±1.17)mm vs(27.29±1.42)mm]、切牙区牙冠宽度之和[(16.45±1.11)mm vs(17.28±1.02)mm]、前磨牙区牙冠宽度之和[(15.61±0.88)mm vs(16.22±0.92)mm],阻生侧均小于非阻生侧(P均<0.05)。而在健康组和拥挤组中,上述两侧各区间段牙冠宽度之和无统计学差异。结论尖牙阻生侧各区间段牙冠宽度之和均小于非阻生侧,提示尖牙阻生与牙[牙合]形态学有必然的相关性,为尖牙阻生早期诊断提供临床依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between unilateral impacted canines and the sum of crown widths by comparing the sum of impacted and non-impacted crown widths of unilateral impacted maxillary canines.Methods From January 2013 to January 2018,we enrolled 30 patients with impacted unilateral maxillary canines(experimental group),30 patients with crowded maxillary dentition accompanied by high eruption of canines(crowd group)and 30 cases with normal eruption of canines and no crowded dentition(healthy group).Then the occlusal models were made for the 90 subjects.The mesiodistal widths of crowns were measured and statistical comparison of the sum of crown widths between both sides was performed.Results In the patients with unilateral impacted canine,the sum of crown width of unilateral arch([51.67±2.33]mm vs[53.43±2.60]mm),anterior area([25.06±1.40]mm vs[26.13±1.38]mm),posterior area([26.61±1.17]mm vs[27.29±1.42]mm),incisor area([16.45±1.11]mm vs[17.28±1.02]mm),anterior molar area([15.61±0.88]mm vs[16.22±0.92]mm),of the impacted were smaller than those of the non-impacted(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the sum of crown widths of each section between the two sides of the health group and the crowed group.Conclusion The sum of crown widths of each section of impacted canine side is smaller than that of non-impacted side,indicating that impacted canine has an inevitable correlation with tooth morphology,which provides clinical evidence for prediction of impacted canine.
