摘要
目的分析女性胰腺癌患者肠道菌群特征,寻找胰腺癌与肠道菌群之间的潜在关联。方法纳入2017年4月-2018年3月在解放军总医院第一医学中心住院的14例女性胰腺癌患者、14例男性胰腺癌患者以及同期于该院查体的14例年龄、体质量指数相匹配的女性健康对照者。采集3组人群的粪便标本,使用IlluminaNEXT-SEQ 500平台进行高通量宏基因组测序,对比各组肠道菌群相对丰度的差异。结果女性胰腺癌组与女性健康对照组以及女性胰腺癌组与男性胰腺癌组的α多样性未见显著差异;与女性健康组相比,女性胰腺癌组普拉梭菌(Faecalibacterium prausnitzii)显著降低(P<0.001);女性与男性胰腺癌患者的肠道菌群未发现显著差异。结论女性胰腺癌患者肠道Faecalibacterium prausnitzii丰度下降,是否与胰腺癌的发病相关须进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of intestinal microbiota in female pancreatic cancer patients,and find out the potential association between pancreatic cancer and microbiota.Methods Totally 14 female pancreatic cancer patients(PC group),14 male pancreatic cancer patients(PC-m group)and 14 age-and BMI-matched healthy females(HC group)from the first medical center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled.Their fecal samples were collected for high-throughput sequencing on Illumina NEXT-SEQ 500 platform to compare the relative abundance of microbiota between the three groups.Results No significant difference ofα-diversity was found between the female pancreatic cancer patients and the female healthy controls,as well as female and male pancreatic cancer patients.Faecalibacterium prausnitzii decreased significantly in the female pancreatic cancer group compared to the female healthy controls(P<0.001).No significant difference was found between the male and the female pancreatic cancer patients.Conclusion Faecalibacterium prausnitzii decreases in female pancreatic cancer patients.Further research is needed to find out the potential relationship between microbiota and pancreatic cancer.
