应用双止血带法外周静脉留置术抢救宫外孕失血性休克患者临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of double tourniquets peripheral venous indwelling in rescue of hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨应用双止血带法外周静脉留置术抢救宫外孕失血性休克患者的临床效果。方法选取北部战区总医院自2018年12月至2020年1月收治的200例宫外孕失血性休克患者为研究对象。按照不同急救方式将其分为A、B两组,每组各100例。A组患者采用传统单根止血带法外周静脉留置术治疗,B组患者采用双止血带法外周静脉留置术治疗。记录并比较两组患者外周静脉留置术的一次穿刺成功率及围术期情况。结果B组患者穿刺成功率为88.0%(88/100),显著高于A组的68.0%(68/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者平均失血量、妊娠类型、手术类型以及痊愈情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用双止血带法外周静脉留置术抢救宫外孕失血性休克患者,能够显著提高一次穿刺成功率,为抢救患者快速建立静脉留置通道开拓了一种新途径,且更为安全可靠,应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of using double tourniquets method for peripheral venous indwelling to rescue hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 200 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock who were admitted from December 2018 to January 2020.According to different first-aid methods,the patients were divided into Group A and Group B,with 100 patients in each group.Patients in Group A were rescued by traditional single tourniquet peripheral venous indwelling.Patients in Group B were treated with peripheral venous indwelling with double tourniquets.The success rate of the first puncture and the clinical status of the treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The puncture success rate of patients in Group B was 88.0%(88/100),which was significantly higher than that of Group A(68.0%,68/100),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in average blood loss,type of pregnancy,type of surgery and recovery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of double tourniquets method for peripheral venous indwelling to rescue patients with hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve the efficiency of a single puncture,and it opens up a new way to quickly establish a venous indwelling channel for rescue patients,more safe and reliable,with high application value.
