高频超声对肋骨隐匿性骨折诊断价值

The value of characteristic performance of high frequency ultrasound in early diagnosis of occult rib fracture

目的探讨高频超声对肋骨隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。方法选取自2017年1月至2019年1月北部战区总医院收治的因胸痛发现肋骨隐匿性骨折的22例患者为研究对象,由CT三维重建检查发现肋骨骨折部位38处。所有患者均经过X线、普通CT、高频超声检查。以CT三维重建检查结果为标准,比较3种检查方式对肋骨隐匿性骨折的检出率。结果普通X线检查仅发现2处前肋骨折,检出率为5.3%(2/38)。普通CT检查发现8处肋骨骨折,检出率为21.1%(8/38)。高频超声检查发现35处骨折,检出率为92.1%(35/38)。高频超声检查的检出率明显高于X线及普通CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声对于早期诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折具有较高的诊断价值,能及时有效地减少漏诊、误诊的发生。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in occult rib fracture.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 22 cases of patients with occult rib fracture who were admitted from January 2017 to January 2019.CT three-dimensional(3 D)reconstruction revealed 38 fracture sites of the ribs.All patients underwent X-ray,general CT and high frequency ultrasound examination.The detection rate of occult fracture of the rib was compared by three methods on the bases of CT 3 D reconstruction.Results Common X-ray examination only found 2 anterior rib fractures,and the detection rate was 5.3%(2/38).Common CT examination revealed 8 rib fractures,with a detection rate of 21.1%(8/38).High-frequency ultrasound showed 35 fractures,with a detection rate of 92.1%(35/38).The detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound examination was significantly higher than that of X-ray and general CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has a high diagnostic value for early diagnosis of occult rib fracture,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in a timely manner.
