摘要
空调器室外机电器盒散热与防水的设计对空调器的安全及使用体验影响较大,为了研究其两者之间的关系及其对空调器的安全及使用体验的影响规律,总结设计方法,对电器盒散热与防水设计进行了实验研究。通过实验研究得到不同工况及频率时电器盒等电子元器件的温度规律。在此实验研究基础上,针对不同的电器盒的室外机进行防水安全验证,得到电器盒的设计与电控盒防水的影响规律,为后续室外机电控盒散热与防水提供理论指导。
The design of heat dissipation and waterproof of the electrical box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner has a great impact on the safety and use experience of the air conditioner.In order to study the relationship between the two and the influence law on the safety and use experience of the air conditioner,summarize the design method,and conduct an experimental study on the heat dissipation and waterproof design of the electrical box.Through experimental research,the temperature laws of electronic components such as electrical boxes under different working conditions and frequencies are obtained.On the basis of this experimental research,the waterproof safety verification is carried out for outdoor units of different electrical boxes,and the influence law of the design of electrical boxes and the waterproof of electric control boxes is obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent heat dissipation and waterproof of outdoor electrical control boxes.
