摘要
为研究喷嘴及引射器各结构参数对一次空气系数的影响,对某燃烧器的喷嘴及引射器进行二维参数化建模,并运用数值仿真技术进行仿真计算。经对计算结果分析,总结出了各参数对一次空气系数的影响规律。并且,运用这些规律对创新型五环火燃气灶进行多参数综合结构优化,有效提高了一次空气系数,降低了烟气排放浓度。
In order to study the influence of nozzle and ejector structural parameters on the primary air coefficient,the nozzle and ejector of a burner are modeled by two-dimensional parameterization,and the numerical simulation technology is used for simulation calculation.By analyzing the calculation results,the influence of each parameter on the primary air coefficient is summarized.In addition,using these rules to optimize the multi-parameter comprehensive structure of innovative five-ring fire gas stove,the primary air coefficient is effectively improved and the emission concentration of flue gas is reduced.
