摘要
石墨烯因具有较强的化学稳定性、高比表面积及高导电性而在光催化领域表现出广阔的应用前景。综述石墨烯基可见光催化复合材料的抗菌性研究进展。首先介绍石墨烯基光催化材料的催化抗菌原理及石墨烯发挥的基础作用,即拓宽半导体材料的光吸收范围和强度、抑制光生电子-空穴的复合和吸附作用等。介绍了多种石墨烯基可见光催化材料的抗菌研究进展,包括TiO_(2)/石墨烯的二元型复合光催化材料(普通型、掺杂型、缺陷型)和三元复合型光催化材料以及其他半导体/石墨烯材料。最后指出石墨烯基可见光催化材料在冰箱除菌功能中具有广泛的应用前景,其在外加物理场增强作用下应用将进一步提升抗菌效果,与传感技术联用可进一步提升冰箱的智能除菌效果。
Graphene shows a promising application potential in the field of photocatalysis due to the satisfactory performance,such as a strong chemical stability,high specific surface area and electrical conductivity.The antibacterial properties of graphene-based visible light catalytic composites were reviewed.Firstly,the photocatalytic antibacterial mechanism of graphene-based photocatalytic materials was briefly introduced,the positive role in the photocatalytic reaction process of graphene was summarized,including expanding range and intensity of light absorption,preventing the photoelectronhole from recombining and facilitating the adsorption.The antibacterial research progress of various graphene-based visible light catalytic materials was introduced,including binary TiO_(2)/graphene composite(common,doping,defect),ternary composite and other semiconductor/graphene materials.Finally,it was pointed out that graphene-based visible light catalytic materials have a promising potential in the sterilization function of refrigerators.The application of graphene-based visible light catalytic materials under the effect of physical field would further improve the antibacterial effect,and the combination of sensor technology could further improve the intelligent sterilization function of refrigerators.
