摘要
为提高豆浆机的制浆性能,通常需要通过网罩集中物料粉碎,导致清洗成为用户使用时的一大痛点。为提高豆浆机的用户体验,实现豆浆机的自动清洗功能,设计一种最少为三段式的粉碎腔体,在豆浆机腔体水爬升处设有三个不同的斜度,减少沿程能量损失。通过对流体力学的分析以及实验的验证发现,设计的三段式腔体结构,使得在粉碎黄豆时更有利于物料循环粉碎,提高了粉碎性能;在清洗时有利于水爬升,更易清洗到杯盖,清洗效果良好。
In order to improve the pulping performance of the soymilk machine,it is usually necessary to concentrate the crushing of the materials through the mesh cover,causing cleaning to become a major pain point for users.In order to improve the user experience of the soymilk maker and realize the automatic cleaning function of the soymilk maker,a minimum three-stage crushing cavity is designed.There are three different slopes at the water climbing part of the soymilk maker cavity to reduce the process energy loss.Through the analysis of fluid mechanics and experimental verification,it is found that the designed three-stage cavity structure makes it more conducive to the recycling of materials when crushing soybeans and improves the crushing performance;it is beneficial to water climbing during cleaning and easier to clean to the cup.Cover,good cleaning effect.
