蒙特卡洛法评定微波炉效率值不确定度研究

摘要 随着微波炉产品的普及,人们开始关注微波炉的效率值,微波炉效率值测试过程复杂,受测试环境、仪器设备及人员操作等因素影响比较大。测量不确定度评定可以确定微波效率测试结果的影响因素,提高实验室的检测能力和测试的准确度。目前不确定度评定方法有GUM法和MCM法两种,同时采用这两种方法评定微波效率值测量不确定度,并对两种方法得到的结果进行比较验证,两种方法的测量不确定度结果基本一致。 With the popularity of microwave oven products,people have begun to pay attention to the efficiency value of microwave ovens.The test process of microwave oven efficiency values is complicated and greatly affected by factors such as test environment,equipment and personnel operations.The measurement uncertainty evaluation can determine the influencing factors of the microwave efficiency test results,and improve the laboratory’s detection ability and test accuracy.At present,there are two methods for uncertainty evaluation:GUM method and MCM method.These two methods are used to evaluate the uncertainty evaluation of microwave efficiency value measurement,and the results obtained by the two methods are compared and verified,and the two uncertainty results are basically consistent.
