摘要
针对滚筒洗衣机在1120 r/min转速下出现的“起伏音”问题,通过机理解析得知其本质是一种拍振现象。在机理研究的基础上,根据噪声频谱特性与洗衣机结构特征从理论上得出皮带轮产生的3次谐波激励和电机轴承损伤产生的3.1倍转频激振力相互作用是产生“起伏音”的主要原因。从皮带轮结构优化、轴承内外滚道圆度影响分析两方面着手进行问题诊断与控制,测试结果表明“起伏音”问题得到了有效改善,从而验证了机理分析的准确性,为彻底解决滚筒洗衣机的“起伏音”提供了理论指导。
By analyzing the problem of the ripping sound of drum washing machine at 1120 r/min,through mechanism research,its essence is a beat vibration phenomenon.On the basis of mechanism research,according to the characteristics of noise performance,analysis of excitation source,the belt pulley produced by the third harmonic excitation and motor bearing damage caused by 3.1 times of frequency excitation force interaction is the main cause of the problem.The problem was diagnosed and controlled from the optimization of belt structure and roundness of inner and outer raceway of bearing,the test results showed that the problem of the ripping sound was effectively improved.The accuracy of mechanism analysis is verified and theoretical guidance is provided for solving the ripping sound of drum washing machine completely.
