摘要
降低变频控制器的直流母线电容容量,是降低成本、提升功率密度的有效手段,同时对低碳环保、节能减排具有重要的推动作用。当前,各个空调厂家均在进行此方面的尝试,但是电解电容容量的减小,会放大直流母线电压波动的问题,从而恶化系统的寿命与可靠性。针对此问题,对家用空调变频控制器的直流母线电压波动机理进行深入分析,根据输入侧PFC、输出侧压缩机的能量变化,以及瞬时能量平衡的原理,解析直流母线电压波动的机理,为降低直流母线电压波动的算法研究与实现提供有效的理论基础。
Reducing the DC bus capacitor of variable frequency controller is an effective means for cost reduction and increasing power density,which is also of great significance for low carbon,environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.Currently,many air conditioning companies are trying to reduce the DC bus capacitor.However,this would enlarge DC bus voltage fluctuation,which further deteriorates the life and reliability of system.To solve this problem,deeply analyzing the mechanism of DC bus voltage fluctuation for air conditioner’s variable frequency controller.Based on the energy change of both input side’s PFC and output side’s compressor,and the principle of instantaneous energy balance,the mechanism of DC bus voltage fluctuation is proposed,which provides effective theoretical basis for research and realization of DC bus voltage fluctuation reduction.
