摘要
采用平衡环境型量热计法进行空调器性能测试,较室内空气焓差法而言,具有测量误差小,测试结果精度高的优点。从装置开发设计、计量校准、检测操作等方面着手,通过对环境工况的控制、被测机的安装以及进出水温度的测量等影响测量结果的关键因素展开分析,为进一步提高测量水平,减少试验误差,确保结果的一致性和准确性提供参考。
Compared with the indoor air enthalpy test method,using balanced ambient room-type calorimeter to test the performance of air conditioner has the advantages of small measurement error and high precision of test results.From the aspects of device development and design,calibration,test operation,by analyzing the key factors that affect the measurement results,such as the control of environmental working conditions,the installation of the tested machine and the measurement of the inlet and outlet water temperature,it provides reference for further improving the measurement level,reducing the experimental error and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the results.
