轻量化EPP空调固定连接强度的提升及实验研究

摘要 汽车行业尤其新能源汽车发展势头强劲,整车轻量化对汽车性能的影响早已成为行业聚焦的热点,轻量化车用空调随之成为发展必然趋势,针对轻量化开展EPP材料特性及空调底盘结构分析,使用胶粘剂解决零部件在底盘上固定连接强度不足瓶颈,并设计悬挂、潮态、拉伸、破坏、松脱、整机振动等系列实验验证,验证结果零部件固定连接强度显著提升,保证了零部件在EPP底盘上的可靠固定。可行性探究、难点解决、方法总结等对使用汽车、家电、物流运输等行业产品,应用EPP材料固定连接强度提升提供了参考。 New energy vehicle development is accelerating in the automotive industry.The impact of lightweight vehicle on automobile performance has long been a source of contention in the industry.The air conditioning of lightweight vehicles has become an inevitable development trend,conducting EPP material characteristics and air conditioning chassis structural analysis.Using adhesive to solve the components fixed connection strength on the chassis,as well as design suspension,chalm,stretching,destruction,loose,whole machine vibration and other series of experimental verification,verification results are significantly improved,guaranteed.Components are firmly attaches to the EPP chassis.Exploration of feasibility,resolution of difficulties,method summary,etc.,the use of automotive,home appliances,logistics and transportation and other industrial products,application EPP material fixed connection applications.
