摘要
介绍了一种直排式滚筒干衣机的自动烘干算法,采用2个NTC分别检测进气温度和排气温度,能够减小周围环境温度对烘干的影响,提高软件控制的准确度。研究了不同负载组分的烘干曲线,得到温度差与烘干时间的对应关系。将3%含水率的拟合函数预设到软件,验证结果显示所有负载的最终含水率均在3%±1%以内,表明了该算法的正确性和准确性。该方法还可以被应用于不同种类负载和其他干燥程度的程序设计。
An automatic drying algorithm for air vented tumble dryer is introduced,there are two NTCs to detect the temperature of air inlet and air outlet,it can reduce the influence of ambient temperature on drying and improve the accuracy of software control.The drying curve of different load components was studied,and the corresponding relationship between temperature differential and drying time was obtained.The fitting function of the 3%moisture content is preset to the software,the results show that the control of the final moisture content of all the load is within 3%±1%,and indicates the correctness and accuracy of the algorithm.This method can also be applied to different types of loads and other drying level.
