一种提效降噪制冷压缩机吸气消音腔的研究

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,人们对生活物质要求及环境环保要求越来越高。对制冷压缩机行业而言,提高压缩机的性能及降低压缩机的噪音越来越符合制冷压缩机行业发展的趋势,因此这两点要求也越来越受相关企业及行业人员的重视。通过使用Ansys软件对真空吸气消音腔的消声特性计算和分析,最佳消声频段在人耳最敏感的3200 Hz左右;同时通过对不同真空度的吸气消音腔进行传热试验,发现真空度越高隔热效果越明显;经过大量的试验验证,得出真空消音腔的真空度越高对压缩机的效率提升越明显,同时对噪音的降低也越来越明显,在制冷剂吸气温度下降10℃时,效率可提升3%左右,噪音下降了1.4 dB。 With the rapid development of social economy,people’s requirements for living materials and environmental protection are getting higher and higher.For the refrigeration compressor industry,improving compressor performance and reducing compressor noise are more and more in line with the development trend of the refrigeration compressor industry.Therefore,these two requirements are increasingly being valued by related companies and industry personnel.By using Ansys software to calculate and analyze the muffler characteristics of vacuum suction muffler cavity,the best muffler frequency band is about 3200 Hz,which is the most sensitive to human ear.At the same time,through the heat transfer test of the suction silencer chamber with different vacuity,it is found that the higher the vacuity is,the more obvious the heat insulation effect is.After a large number of tests,it is concluded that the higher the vacuum degree of the vacuum muffler chamber is,the more obvious the efficiency of the compressor is,and the noise is becoming more and more obvious.When the refrigerant suction temperature drops by 10℃,the efficiency can be increased by about 3%,and the noise is reduced by 1.4 dB.
